Personality: Crass and bitter, even in life, death has only made Joey moreso. He doesn't have much patience when it comes to people being difficult, and he doesn't pull his punches when he feels he has a point. Being invisible and un-hearable except to one person for the last 40 years has completely dissolved his verbal filter, so if he has something to say, he's going to say it. He also doesn't have much tolerance for things he doesn't understand which, considering he died in the mid 1920s, that makes for a lot of things he doesn't get. His sense of humor is sharp and biting, and often at others' expenses. Deep down, though, he hides a very big heart underneath all his annoyance and posturing, and is fiercely loyal to his friends. He did die for one of them. He doesn't back down from a fight, and isn't afraid of physical violence, often resorting to it rather than more subtle methods of conflict resolution.
